Set up administrator
You are creating the first administrator account for this app. The administrator username is owner.
Choose a password you can remember but other people cannot guess. Use at least 8 characters. Do not share this administrator password with routine users; you can create separate accounts for them after setup.
What can the administrator do?
The administrator can manage users and roles, change application settings, view business records allowed to Admin, and use administrative tools such as backup and restore.
Why is this a one-time setup link?
The Grid55 setup link proves that you are authorized to create the first administrator. As soon as the administrator account is created, that link stops working and normal sign-in begins.
What happens after I create the account?
You will be signed in as owner. Add a separate account for each person who needs the app, choose the appropriate role, then confirm when user setup is complete.
Admin manages the app and users. Operations manages day-to-day work. Driver / Field is for assigned mobile or field work. Customer is limited to customer-facing records and status where enabled.
What if I forget the administrator password?
Use the Grid55 project account to request a new administrator access/reset process. The original one-time setup link cannot be reused after setup.

Setup progress is saved securely on the server and shared across browsers.
- Create the administrator password from the one-time setup link.
- Create individual users and assign selected roles, or explicitly confirm no additional users are needed.
